Overview
The city of Minnesota Lake has not officially adopted the MN State Building Codes. However, Minnesota Lake City Code does require a building permit to be submitted for approval by its City Council. Minnesota Lake City Code § 340.01 et al. (Building Code) See pages 43 to 44.
Officially the City of Minnesota Lake did adopt the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code. Minnesota Lake City Code § 350.01 (Adoption of the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code). See page 45.
